ΰ΅²Aonghus McAnally discusses B Cool and his big win earlier this year.
βB Cool is currently on the shelf with an injury after capturing the OTT World Title from Trent Seven at OTT ScrapperMania, but was well regarded as one of the greatest moments in Irish wrestling history by many fans.
πWhile Aonghus McAnally was asked about B Cool's big moment, with McAnally noting that B Cool has a natural charisma that can't be bought.
"I mean, we talked about Joe and his natural leadership. There is a natural charisma to B Cool that you can't learn, you can't buy, you can't fake and he connects with an audience in a way that is really uncanny and that's you know, like people talk about cheap heat or whatever like there's nothing cheap about it with Barry. It is real. It is genuine. And it's been earned over like over a decade. I mean, you go back to the gym nasty days and whatever else like people know what what barry's story is uh and he is a unique talent who is exceptionally gifted at connecting with the crowd. And so for for for him to have that moment was fantastic. But again, I come back to again for me it was more about giving the crowd that moment um and it was amazing to feel that you've been on that journey with them all the way i think that's why I think that's why it resonated so much with people because they were they were so fully invested in it."
π₯B Cool is currently on the mend, with Big Damo capturing the OTT World Championship following his relinquishing of the belt.
Elsewhere in the same interview, Aonghus reflected on his friendship with Joe Carbray. You can read more about that here.
