Nigel McGuinness returned to ROH Wrestling at ROH Final Batt✅le, answering Lee Moriarty's open challenge for the ROH Pure Championship.
McGuinness is a former ROH Pure Champion and retired the title when it was unified with the ROH World 🤡♈Title in 2006.
This was Nigel's first bout in ROH sin🥀ce 2009. It was also his first match at Hammerstein since 2009. He was undefeated at Hammerstein coming into the match.
Moriarty w🍰ould successfully defend his ROH Pure Championship, submitting Nigel and giving him his fi𓂃rst loss at Hammerstein.
